Kurt Rushing has been leading the way as Director of Channel Development at Brown Bottling Group since 2018. With a strong background in sales and marketing, Kurt is an award-winning professional known for his ability to build lasting relationships and drive real results.

Matt Grubbs, a Brandon, Mississippi native, has been a valued member of the Brown Bottling Group team since 2017. As our Channel Development Manager, Matt oversees all education accounts across the BBG service area—including public schools, private schools, and colleges.
In addition to education, Matt manages a variety of food-service accounts such as restaurants, seasonal and recreational venues, government agencies, and select Pepsi national accounts. With years of experience and a strong background in new business development, Matt continues to play a key role in helping BBG grow.

The newest member of the BBG Food-Service Team, Jeremy joined BBG in 2024. As the New Business Development Representative, Jeremy travels the entire BBG area recruiting BBG customers primarily in restaurants and seasonal and recreation.
A Mississippi native, Jeremy is a seasoned veteran in sales having been in direct sales since 2010. In his role as New Business Development Representative, Jeremy also consults new customers on the best equipment options for their business and works tirelessly to ensure all customers are taken care of.
